Author Guidelines

Manuscripts should be novel and may not be under consideration for any publication at the time of submission. English should be the language for paper writing and presenting. Abstract / full paper should be in word document format and can be submitted via mail to or via online paper submission option

Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT : One page with all affiliations and keywords.

Abstracts should have the title of the paper, name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), and keywords (3-6 keywords). The abstract including the keywords and affiliations should not exceed one page.

Abstract should contain the following sections:

Objectives: In 30 words.

Methods/Statistical analysis:

It should be 70 words. Include the method adapted to study the objectives/sampling details or simulation or statistical analysis of data; technique employed; mention unique/ important points of modification of methodology in the current study. Mention about test samples the control employed or approach used for comparing the test sample.

Findings: It should be 170 words. Mention your findings in the form of statements along with the conclusive data of statistical importance; Mention how your findings are unique and novel; how your findings are in consensus with the existing values/reports or how different are they from the already reported findings. Highlight how your results are helpful in adding more value to the existing reports.

Application/Improvements: In 30 words.

Keywords: 5-6 words, Drawn from title, Word representing the work.

Review Process and Notification

All abstracts will be reviewed using four criteria:

Practical relevance

These reviews will be passed on to the Organising Committee, which will make a final decision on which abstracts to accept. Notification of acceptance or rejection of abstract submitted will be sent to you through mail.

Full Paper Submission

PAPER SUBMISSION: 7 pages including all the sections mentioned below. Extra page will be chargeable.

Paper Format is IEEE format. Sample paper format is given in the website or download here.

Paper size is limited to 7 pages, and extra page will be charged at 30 USD per page.

Conferences do not have any limit for full paper submission. However, later at the time of publication, the author(s) is/are required to follow the rules and regulations of publication imposed by respective journals.

Paper should contain the following sections:

Introduction: Introduce study concept, major theoretical and empirical gap and contribution by this study, importance and implications for practice.

Literature Review: A thorough synthesis of the past and current literature backing the study hypotheses and leading towards propositions.

Methodology: Clear and concise elaboration of the method applied and the steps taken to ensure the reliability and validity of used methodology. Explain the sample and target population with justifications.

Results: Clear and comprehensive presentation of results in view of proposed hypotheses.

Discussion & Conclusion: Discuss the strengths and contribution of research to theory and practice. Limitations and future research directions with conclusion

Authors are also invited to submit their full paper before 18th August or after the conference for consideration for publication in conference affiliated journals. All accepted papers of this conference will also be reviewed by respective Journal reviewing teams for publication in the conference associated journals with an additional fee. All the selected papers will be published free of cost, if not choosing any option mentioned in publication page and the indexing and abstraction of the journal will be google scholar, scribd ebsco, crossref, ic journals master list, CiteFactor, DOAJ, Scirus, Base, CiteSeer, Scirate, QSensei

Presentation guidelines

  1. 1.Each meeting room will be equipped with a computer, LCD projector and screen. Please bring your presentation files in pen drives.
  2. 2.Maximum time limit of each talk is 15 minutes including Q & A. All are requested to reach the presentation room 15 minute before the session starts.
  3. 3.The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat (pdf).
